Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of registration to be eligible for a 75% refund.
After 24 hours, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
Substitution of delegates is allowed at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 10 days prior to the event.
Registrants who fail to attend the conference without prior cancellation will be treated as “no-show” and will not be eligible for any refund or transfer.
Approved refunds (within the 24-hour window) will be processed within 15 working days to the original mode of payment.
Event Cancellation/Postponement
If the conference is cancelled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
If the event is postponed, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new dates. If unable to attend, delegates may request a refund within 7 days of notification.
