Refund and Cancellation Policy
Conference Registration Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of registration to be eligible for a 75% refund.
- After 24 hours, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
- Substitution of delegates is allowed at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 10 days prior to the event.
- Registrants who fail to attend the conference without prior cancellation will be treated as “no-show” and will not be eligible for any refund or transfer.
- Approved refunds (within the 24-hour window) will be processed within 15 working days to the original mode of payment.
Event Cancellation/Postponement
- If the conference is cancelled by the organizers, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- If the event is postponed, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new dates. If unable to attend, delegates may request a refund within 7 days of notification.
